Instaprofile can only pull up the profile pictures of the users with the help of Instagram’s own API. You can use any app available on the Play Store or the App Store to grab the profile picture. While you can always ask them who they are, it is much more convenient just to look at their DP. This is one way to see the profile pictures of strangers who might randomly start following you.
To view the Profile Pictures in HD, you would have to buy a one-time in-app purchase of $1.99. The app would load the profile and you can tap the Fullscreen button to view the Profile Picture. Open the app and type the username in the textbox on the top.
